Crash: This A/C collided with 42-107096 flown by Lt. Mark V. Wilson. Wilson's A/C was hit by a ground to air rocket causing an un-controllable turn to the right. This resulted in a collisio nwhich sheared the tail assembly of 42-37591 which went down in the area of Boulogne, France. Six of the crew could not be identified and were interred at Lorraine in a single Grave (KK-1-14). They were never identified individually and received a Group Burial in Zachary Taylor National Cemetery, Louisville, Kentucky (USA) on October 25th, 1951.
