Crew Notes
Lt. John D. McBride was re-interred in Blosville, Plot CC-10-229 as were Lt. Stewart A. McClain and S/Sgt Lawrence H. Bennett. Apparently several bodies washed ashore in the Calais area on the 28th of February, 1944. It is likely the Germans could not identify Lt. McBride as their records do not indicate when his body was recovered. (paul west)
