Congressional Gold Medal
On October 16, 2021, I attended a Regional ceremony in which my late father was among the recipients of the Congressional Gold Medal honoring the contributions of Chinese-American Veterans in WWII. My father, Theodore J. Don, was BOM with the 100th BG, 349th BS aboard the Laden Maiden (XR-J). Bruce "Curly" Alshouse was his tailgunner. Thank you.
