Bob served for the duration as a member of the S-2 Intelligence team. In a 2001 letter to the 100th, Bob explains that he “was the photo interpreter attached to the intelligence section of the 100th Bomb Group stationed at Site Two from 1943-45”. Furthermore, he notes that in addition to S-2 (Intelligence) enlisted personnel, others who shared Site Two were enlisted personnel from headquarters, photo lab and MP (Military Police).
