Thank you for your reply.  My father, "Ernie" Havecker did fly and took LOTS of photos of bridges, roads, air attacks, etc.

I will give more details and look into archival copies, giving movie film, copies of insignia, as soon as I can.  I am glad you will appreciate them.

I live in the Pasadena area, and will contact you again.  I care for my mother, in her home, but have no computer there.

On the Honorable Discharge papers from Air Force Reserve 1948 say:

Ernest H Havecker, AF 3 260 593, Staff Sargeant.

 

A letter of Recommendation by Captain John E. Schwarz, Aug. 5, 1945 says Sgt. Ernest Havecker.
