November 14, 1920 - May 6, 2012
Obituary
Born November 14,1920, to Rosa and Jake Leder in Houston, Tx, Oscar lived a full life accompanied early on by his three sisters, Maybelle, Jenny Faye, and Annie Lee. He later met and married Ruth Harris , the love of his life, with whom he fathered three children, Sandra, Phyllis, and Daniel. But before Oscar would have a chance to make a family he would answer the call to arms by serving courageously in the US Army Air Corp surviving three dozen perilous missions as a member of the 100th Bomb Group. Following his tour of service in WW II Oscar studied for and became a Certified Public Accountant and then following his service during the Korean Conflict
