Mike,

I checked Century Bombers and could find nothing about Lacy's crew as to when they became active with the 100th, just mentions his engineer being killed in April 44 and then being shot down in May. But because of their crew number being lower and preceding Monrad/Drummonds crew number, I still think they started before Dec. 43. But Monrad is another name that doesn't show up in the 351st DIARY and I know they became active in Dec. 43 due to dating of the other records I have and the Mason Dixon pic and Lenfest being killed on his first mission on 4 Jan, 44 and then the crash on 24, Jan 44. I also don't know for sure when Drummond took over the Monrad crew. I only want to know due to curiosity but you, being the historian, may want to know since Monrad kept on flying and Drummond went over with the Original 100th.
Below I have included a mission list, Jan. 44 only, for Guthrie Head who flew with my dad on his original crew with Drummond and is pictured with them. This info might help you in some way research the other pilots for me when you have the time. Notice he has no missions after 21 Jan 44 due to the 24 Jan 44 crash (not counted as a mission) and his son tells me he was one of the more badly injured. He shows no missions for Feb., Mar., April, or May. But I think my dad was back flying again in March 44. His (G. Head) next mission after Jan. was on D-day, 6 June 44.
