My Father Charles H. Leavens was on Gerald A. Plank's crew. I have had 

his mission diary on line for a few years now and I thought you may want 

to use it.



I know they were not supposed to write down all he did in case of 

capture but the reading of this kid's thrust into reality makes the war 

more human for us who have a hard time imagining.
