Paul Marcello- This certificate was presented to members of lead crews after completing their combat missions. This certificate indicates that my grandfather flew 19 lead missions and a total of 30. The tour at this point in the war was 35 missions, but it was reduced to 30 for lead crews due to their added danger leading formations.
