Letter home from John J. O'Leary from the Deming section to his Aunt Margaret. Fanny Farmer chocolates and stamps from home were a BIG HIT at the barracks. Letter sent exactly 3 years before son Jack was born. One of the few letters he saved from his time at Deming. In that letter he also mentions having to INSPECT the planes the next morning.
